STATUS -- Down for winds all day again today. We thought that winds might drop enough to let us elevate the payload, but no luck. Winds at 10,000 feet were about 150 mph. The science conditions looked promising and, at one point, we "mentally" brought the count down to T-2 minutes but the event we were looking at didn't really develop and we recycled the clock. We did have beautiful skies all over Svalbard and are seeing a LOT of aurora these days.
OUTLOOK -- ...is for winds to die down, hopefully enough to let us get this rocket launched. Science conditions look like they will continue to cooperate.
